1. Reduce Noise Levels
One of the biggest distractors that many employees feel in either an office or home setting is outside noise. If there are children at home or a spouse that is also remote, work can be harder to manage and accomplish.
For employees with young children, a nanny or babysitter can help keep the kids occupied and noise levels down. If there are other people in the house or working in other parts of the house – designate a time at a local coffee shop to create a more focused workplace.
