3. Quit A Bad Habit Each Month

What bad habits are still around that shouldn’t be? Oversleeping? Eating sweets all day? Slouching? Biting your nails? Smoking? It’s time to kick these habits to the curb by finding something positive to substitute for these poor choices.

4. Avoid Negative People

5. Stop Watching TV

Turning off your TV is a liberating experience. You begin to realize how much time you have in each day, you avoid the negativity of the news, and you aren’t brainwashed by ads and their catchy jingles. You are able to turn that time into constructive purposes such as connecting with friends, doing something you love, exercising, etc.

6. Pick Up A New Hobby

Picking up something unfamiliar helps relieve stress and gives you a new outlet to express yourself. Participating in new activities keeps your mind engaged and challenges yourself to break a mundane routine.

Is there one thing you absolutely love? It’s time to take your passion and make it happen. Spend time brainstorming, find mentors, surround yourself with supportive people, and be realistic.
