4. Nudge Alarm

Have an alarm set to go off every 30 minutes to remind you to get up and move. Hours at a desk can fly by if you aren’t staying active.

Are you an avid water drinker? Great! But by lugging around a huge water bottle you’re missing out on potential calorie burn. Use a mini one at work so you’ll have to walk more frequently for refills.

Fill a playlist with music that makes you want to dance – and then dance! Dancing for 15 minutes can quickly burn around 100 calories.

7.  Just 5 More

On a treadmill? Go for just 5 more minutes than you normally would. Lifting some weights? Go for just 5 more reps. Push yourself to try 5 more (of whatever) when exercising.
